Cab Driver Looted, Shot At On Valentine's Day
An Oklahoma City, OK cab driver fled for his life Saturday after what ought to have been a basic cab ride transformed into a furnished burglary.
The cab driver was looted around 7 a.m. Valentine's Day in the wake of getting an at a Motel 6 off Northwest Turnpike and dropping him off at the Legacy Edge Condos in the 7500 square of Northwest tenth Road.
"He simply chose not to pay the charge and chose to loot me rather," said the person in question, who requested that not be recognized.
The casualty said the man inquired as to whether he acknowledged Visas when they touched base at the flat unpredictable.
As the casualty hauled out his Samsung tablet to run the man's charge card, the man asked "Would I be able to pay with this?" alluding to a 9mm handgun.
The casualty said the man at that point put the firearm up to his chest and instructed him to escape the taxi and void his pockets.
"I had possibly $50 in real money, and he wasn't content with that," the casualty said.

Little did the man know, the tablet had a GPS on it and it didn't take years for police to track him down.
As per a capture report, the person in question and officers distinguished the man as 19-year-old Trevon Sherrod Pollard. He is accused of theft with a gun, ownership of a weapon, and attack with a lethal weapon.
